Tawaf e Haram Travel

These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings and services provided by Tawaf e Haram Travel. By accessing our website, making an enquiry, or confirming a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with a booking with Tawaf e Haram Travel.

About Us and Our Role

Tawaf e Haram Travel acts as a travel agent and intermediary. We arrange Umrah packages and related travel services, including flights, accommodation, visas, and ground services, through third party suppliers such as airlines, hotels, transport providers, and visa authorities.

Your contract for these services is primarily with the relevant supplier. Tawaf e Haram Travel is not the provider of airline, hotel, or visa services and cannot be held responsible for the acts, omissions, or decisions of third party suppliers.

Booking and Acceptance

A booking is considered confirmed once:

  • We receive the required payment or deposit, and

     

  • Written confirmation is issued by Tawaf e Haram Travel

     

By confirming a booking, you confirm that all details provided are accurate and that you have authority to accept these Terms and Conditions on behalf of all travellers included in the booking.

Prices and Availability

All prices are subject to availability at the time of booking. Prices may change due to supplier costs, currency fluctuations, taxes, or government charges.

Quoted prices are not guaranteed until the booking is confirmed in writing. Tawaf e Haram Travel reserves the right to revise prices if supplier costs change before confirmation.

Payments

Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking. This may include:

  • Full payment at the time of booking, or

     

  • A deposit with the balance payable by a specified date

     

Failure to make payments on time may result in cancellation of the booking, with applicable cancellation charges.

Cancellation by the Customer

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or official WhatsApp.

Cancellation charges depend on:

  • The date of cancellation

     

  • Airline fare rules

     

  • Hotel policies

     

  • Visa regulations

     

  • Other supplier terms

     

Once services such as flights, visas, or non refundable hotel bookings are confirmed or issued, cancellation may result in no refund.

Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to supplier approval and applicable cancellation charges.

The following are generally non refundable:

  • Visa fees once an application is submitted

     

  • Airline tickets that are non refundable under fare rules

     

  • Administrative and service charges

     

  • Non refundable hotel bookings

     

Approved refunds, where applicable, are processed within 7 to 21 working days. Refunds are issued via the original payment method. Delays caused by banks, card providers, or currency conversion are outside our control.

Cancellation by Tawaf e Haram Travel

In rare circumstances, Tawaf e Haram Travel may be required to cancel or amend a service due to operational reasons, supplier issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

Where this occurs, we will offer one of the following options:

  • A refund for the affected service only, subject to any unrecoverable supplier costs, or

     

  • An alternative service of comparable value, where available

     

Tawaf e Haram Travel shall not be responsible for additional costs incurred by the customer as a result of such cancellation, including personal expenses or third party arrangements.

No Show and Unused Services

No refunds will be issued for:

  • No shows

     

  • Partially used services

     

  • Voluntary early return

     

  • Unused hotel nights or transfers

Flights

All flight bookings are subject to airline terms and conditions. Tawaf e Haram Travel is not responsible for airline schedule changes, delays, cancellations, or fare rule restrictions.

Any changes or refunds for flights are governed solely by the airline’s policies.

Accommodation

Hotel bookings are subject to availability and the hotel’s terms. Room descriptions, distance to Haram, and facilities are based on information provided by suppliers.

In rare cases where a hotel becomes unavailable, an alternative hotel of similar category may be offered.

Visas, Passports, and Immigration

Visa approval is the sole decision of the relevant embassy or authority. Tawaf e Haram Travel does not guarantee visa approval and is not responsible for refusals, delays, or additional requirements.

Visa fees are non refundable once an application is submitted, regardless of the outcome.

Passengers are responsible for:

  • Holding a valid passport with minimum 6 month validity till the date of return

     

  • Meeting entry, health, and vaccination requirements

     

  • Complying with immigration laws of all destinations

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travellers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, cancellations, delays, and loss of belongings.

Your Financial Protection (ATOL)

Tawaf e Haram Travel acts as an agent for ATOL protected travel arrangements where applicable. When you book a flight or flight inclusive package that is ATOL protected, you will receive an ATOL Certificate.

This certificate lists what is financially protected, who is providing that protection, and whom to contact if something goes wrong.

Not all travel services are covered by ATOL. Services not listed on your ATOL Certificate are not financially protected under the ATOL scheme. Please check your certificate carefully to understand the level of protection provided.

Force Majeure

Tawaf e Haram Travel is not liable for failure or delay in providing services due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

     

  • Government actions or travel restrictions

     

  • Pandemics or epidemics

     

  • Airline or airport closures

     

  • Security situations

     

In such cases, refunds are subject to supplier policies.

Limitation of Liability

Tawaf e Haram Travel’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or financial losses, including loss of enjoyment or missed connections.

Final Authority and Disputes

All decisions regarding cancellations, refunds, amendments, and service adjustments are based on supplier documentation, incurred costs, and applicable policies.

In the event of a dispute, the decision of Tawaf e Haram Travel shall be final, subject to applicable consumer protection laws of England.

Any dispute should first be raised in writing to allow reasonable opportunity for resolution.

Right to Refuse Service

Tawaf e Haram Travel reserves the right to refuse or terminate service to any customer due to misconduct, breach of terms, non payment, or misuse of services.

Accuracy of Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all names, dates, and travel details provided are correct. Any costs arising from incorrect information are the responsibility of the customer.

Information on the Site

The information provided on our website is intended for general guidance only. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, content such as prices, availability, hotel descriptions, distances, and service details may change without notice.

Tawaf e Haram Travel does not guarantee that all website content will be error free or fully up to date at all times.

Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data for booking and service purposes.
